Catherine Bazian
Cathy brings 20 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist working at salons across Southeast Michigan. Drawing on her experience working in salons she knows what it takes to create a welcoming environment.
Cathy specializes in precision hair cuts and scalp treatments. After years of working in traditional salon environments, Cathy is enthusiastic about moving away from the harsh chemicals involved in hair color and other processing treatments and taking a more natural approach to hair and scalp health.
Cathy graduated from the Michigan College of Beauty in 2005 and has continued her education most recently by taking classes on herbalism hair care. She is a Certified Scalp Specialist through the Holistic Scalp Alchemy Academy.
Cathy lives in Royal Oak with her husband, son and their pug, Bruce.

Amy Bandyk
Owner / CEO
Amy brings over 20 years of experience in both the private and non-profit sector. She currently is a Principal at Bandyk Consulting LLC, which focuses on strategic communications, advocacy and energy policy. She is also currently the Executive Director at a Michigan non-profit that focuses on consumer advocacy around energy utility issues.
Prior to moving back to Michigan in 2016, Amy spent 11 years in Washington, D.C. where she served as Executive Director of an animal rescue non-profit, Director of Advocacy Communications at a telecommunications trade association and Account Supervisor at a strategic communications agency. She served on a number of boards of directors during her time there.
Amy graduated from Michigan State University with high honors and a B.A. in communication in 2004 and a M.A. in communication from Johns Hopkins University in 2013. While earning her undergraduate degree, Amy worked for a number of years at Douglas J Salon in Okemos, MI where she learned valuable lessons in elite customer service that she has taken with her through all aspects of her career.
Amy lives in Royal Oak with her husband, two sons and their yorkie, Linky.
